I am an independent management consultant specializing in strategy and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). With more than 15 years of experience working in senior roles within large corporates, I bring both strategic insight and hands-on execution expertise to my clients.
Over the years, I have led and supported a wide range of strategic initiatives, from corporate growth planning and market entry strategies to complex M&A transactions and post-merger integration. Today, I advise leading corporates and private equity clients, many of which I have previously worked within, providing independent, objective and results-driven support to management teams and boards.
